KRIOLATINO
From: Cuba/Cabo Verde
On stage: Sat 06 Apr 23:10
This year, the stage will be taken over by Cuban musicians, heirs of the jazz school, who will join in harmony with talented Cabo Verdean instrumentalists and singers. This meeting is the result of joint work, a celebration of musical diversity that transcends geographical and cultural barriers.
From Cabo Verde's musical treasures, Totinho, Khaly Angel and Hernani - masters of their arts - will be responsible for bringing Cabo Verdean sound authenticity to the stage. Two voices join the sound of their skills: the creative and free one - Zubikilla Spencer , and the new revelation - Fabio Ramos.
The fusion of these talents can only result in a musical experience of undeniable quality. This project, called KRIOLATINO, is the living translation of musical sharing, where each element brings and takes a part of the richness it found. It is music in its purest state of sharing. A universal language that unites cultures and... souls.
Thus, KJF presents us once again with an exciting cultural exchange, where the stage turns into a fusion sanctuary, echoing previous editions.
